This Shipping Policy explains how Daztony processes and ships orders placed on Daztony.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Some kitchen tools, fitness accessories, gym gear, home essentials, or general retail items may ship from different fulfillment locations. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Destination

Daztony primarily serves customers in the United States.

If international shipping is available at checkout, available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown before you place your order.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $5.92
• Free shipping: Available for orders over $100

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

For U.S. orders, estimated delivery is 7-14 business days after processing is complete.

Total estimated time for U.S. orders is usually 8-17 business days, including processing and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping details, customs processing, product availability, separate fulfillment locations, or other events outside our direct control.

If your order appears delayed, please contact us at support@daztony.com with your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update an address before fulfillment begins.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal or split into 4 payments with Afterpay.

Accepted cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Venmo and Discover.

All transactions are secured. Website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returned items after we receive and inspect the return, or for approved order issues such as confirmed defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved when:

• The item qualifies under our Return Policy
• The return request was made within 30 days after delivery
• The item is received and passes return inspection
• The item was damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or affected by an issue confirmed by Daztony

Return Inspection

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets our return conditions. For kitchen tools, fitness accessories, gym gear, and other household items, products must be returned clean, unused or in acceptable return condition, with original packaging and included accessories when applicable. We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

Refund Timing

If your refund is approved after inspection, Daztony will process the refund within 3-10 business days after the return inspection is complete.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Daztony. If your case involves a shipping charge or replacement cost, we will explain the approved resolution during the return review.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved but you have not received it after the expected processing time, first check with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us at support@daztony.com.

No Unconditional Refund Promise

Refunds are issued only when an order or returned item meets the conditions described in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
