Return Window

Daztony accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

How To Request A Return

To request a return, contact us at support@daztony.com within 30 days after delivery. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. The return address may vary depending on the product or fulfillment location.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and not assembled or installed
• Clean and free from food residue, sweat, odor, stains, or signs of use
• Undamaged and in resalable condition
• In its original packaging when possible
• Returned with all included accessories, manuals, parts, and proof of purchase or order information

Because Daztony offers kitchen tools, fitness accessories, gym gear, home essentials, and other general retail items, each return request must be reviewed before a return is accepted.

Items That Are Not Eligible For Return

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Kitchen items that have been used, washed, or had contact with food, unless confirmed defective
• Fitness or gym items that have been used, worn during exercise, exposed to sweat, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items that have been assembled, installed, modified, or are missing parts, manuals, or accessories
• Items returned without approval or without following our return instructions
• Items missing required order information

Damaged, Defective, Missing, Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us at support@daztony.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Daztony, we will provide a free one-time replacement for the affected item or another approved resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. The exact return shipping cost depends on the package, carrier, and return location, so it is not a fixed amount.

If a return or replacement is required because of a confirmed error caused by Daztony, we will provide instructions for the approved resolution.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved when:

• The return request was made within 30 days after delivery
• The item is received and passes return inspection
• The item was damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or affected by an issue confirmed by Daztony

Return Inspection

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets our return conditions. We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

Refund Timing

If your refund is approved after inspection, Daztony will process the refund within 3-10 business days after the return inspection is complete.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved but you have not received it after the expected processing time, first check with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us at support@daztony.com.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins and within 2 hours after placing the order. To request cancellation, email support@daztony.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once fulfillment has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

Refunds are issued only when an order or returned item meets the conditions described in this Return And Refund Policy.
